Costs - Host Year
- Player Fee - $175
- Uniform/Warm-up/T-shirts - approximately $135 (uniform and warm-up not needed if player has one from the previous year)
- The cost of hosting a teenager for approximately ten days including driving to and from practice and games, providing shelter, meals and entertainment.
